PHOTO WORKSHOP

PHOTO HUNTING is all about shooting birds…with a camera! We divide into teams, each with its boat and camera and then we leap into the wild! We ignore all prohibitions and legal aspects ad we snap over all birds, in order to come back with a full memory card.

Each team chooses its own path and try to shoot as many species of birds as possible, under strict timing. After we return from the expedition, our colleagues will handle the game and start editing the best pictures until supper. Then, we’ll organize a photo varnish with the best of all photos and nominate a winner.

The technical awards are given by trainers, who must count the number of species you shot.Then you will vote for the best pictures and the awards will be handled over a glass of champagne.

 CANOE TOURS

If you truly want to discover the Danube Delta, you must go deep into the wildest places, into the jungle of narrow canals and the darkest corners. If you would like to see pelicans and swans, in all their greatness, you must approach them slowly, in complete silence. Of course, you can’t do all these when riding a motor boat or a larger ship. However, you might have a real shot with a canoe.

Inspired by the culture of ancient Amerindians, the Canoe is light, stable and great for piercing low waters.

You can’t CANOE? No worries, we’ll teach you! 

Nothing is too complicated! In ten minutes, we’ll make you fly on water! After a quick training, we launch the canoes and the trip may begin! Each canoe can hold two people and the pack is led and closed by our trainers.

Too hot? Too tired? Muscle bound? You can hop into our motor boat and we’ll tie up and drag the canoe. Overboard and unable to swim? Well, that happens a lot, actually. We’ll make sure you’ll wear a life vest and then, we’ll pull you out.

The canoe tours can last between 3 and 6 hours but if you’re craving for more, maybe we can also arrange a picnic between weeping willows.

THE DANUBE DELTA SEEN FROM A CANOTCA

What could make your Danube Delta experience truly special? A boat ride with a canotca, the most spectacular boat in Romania! We love to promote Romanian traditions and therefore, we have chosen a cool combo between a lotca – from which we borrowed the material – and a canoe, which inspired us though its dynamic shape. The result of this deliciously bizarre marriage is a CANOTCA, an authentic product with an unique design, crafted by locals. 

SO, WHERE DID THIS COME FROM?

The canotca was born just after Ivan Patzaichin borrowed his long life experience to a team of specialists, who started building a traditional boat that would also serve as a design and architecture jewel.

This unique piece of design is also eco-friendly.

SMART TEAM

Let’s say you are encouraged to push your limits, be the best and discover some new inner potential. How can you do all these, while having loads of fun?

Quiz show is an adaptation of a television game show, with various questions and answers.

DEVELOPMENT

 The group is divided into teams of five. A moderator (actor) will ask the questions (ex: Who wants to be a millionaire?). The questions will appear on screen. The team who gives the most accurate answers, wins the game.

• 2 rounds x 20 de questions with 4 possible answers
• 2 rounds x 20 de questions without answers
• 1 round in which 20 photos must be identified
• 1 round in which 20 songs must be identified

DE GUSTIBUS

FOOD WORKSHOP

We all know that each team has an “internal kitchen” and that a good job always contains a secret recipe. We invite you to leave the office for a few hours and discover a magical recipe, in a very relaxing and tasty environment. You can bring along the special ingredients – creativity, teamwork, time and resource management and we’ll come over with the salt and pepper. We dare you to pull out all aces and cook together the tastiest foods. Maybe one of your creations will bear from now on the company signature.

DEVELOPMENT

 You will spend 3 hours of your lives, attending 3 challenges. The first one is  COOKING a chosen dish, with ingredients provided by us (about two and a half hours).

The second trial is all about LOOKS, in which 4 members of each team will have to prepare a dish for 8 people. The goal is to surprise your colleagues with creativity and imagination, starting from decorations, cutlery, dish arrangements and ending with the start-ups (around half an hour).

The last challenge is a TELESHOPPING attempt, in which you have to show the audience how to cook the dish you just prepared.

PERCUTION WORKSHOP

Now’s your chance to prove how gifted you are! You start creating new rhythms, you listen and you discover that you can gave your own private orchestra, if you’re willing to cooperate with your team.

However, challenges are not stopping here! You have the unique opportunity to set up an epic Haka moment. That is the ritual dance of the Maori Warrios from New Zealand, adopted by the national rugby team – All Blacks.

Learn to unwind on special tunes and develop your body language with your team, by stimulating emotional intelligence! When it’s over, you’ll feel like a rock star before show time.

THE INVINCIBLE FLEET

HISTORY, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STORY

We invite you to take a trip in time, throughout history. We’ll be teleporting you to the times of Captain Blood, Admiral Nelson or on the day of Normandy Landing. Our goal is to stir your imagination and skill, in order for you to build up the most creative battleship mock-ups.

We’ll take you to a dockyard, where you and your team will receive a series of materials, such as: polystyrene, cartons, markers, cutters, metallic line, tape rolls, scissors, ropes etc. By combining all these elements, you will have to create realistic mock ups, according to your chosen theme. You will soon discover that all you need is a bit of imagination and time management and the result will surely exceed your expectations.

At the end of the workshop, we’ll all vote for the most spectacular ship and then we’ll launch the Invincible Fleet at water.

PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

OUR FOCUS IS …IN YOUR HANDS 

Do you like photography? Shoot a pictorial on an assigned project and show us your passion and talent!

Instructed by a professional, you will learn, first of all, how to tame digital photography. Then, each team will choose its own photographer, then a location manager and if necessary, an artistic director. 

A REAL VARNISHING!

According to the assigned task, you will have to make the best shooting you can possibly do and surprise us with your vision and skill, during the final view.You will also participate at an awarding gala and the winning team will have to prove itself creative beyond borders!

T-SHIRT STENCIL

URBAN ART WORKSHOP

Be honest: who’s the group creative? Who likes to create and who likes to  implement? How quickly can you all reach to the same conclusion? Are you a colored bunch or more a black and white handful? We cordially invite you to find out, in the easiest and funniest way possible: T-Shirt Stencil – an urban art workshop that challenges you to be creative while playing.

What with? Templates, colored sprays, graffiti styles and T-shirts, which will turn into your working canvases.

You will have the extraordinary opportunity to discover your inner urban artists and why not…become the future group fashion designers! Or at least trend setters…

HOW?

The first step is called “brainstorming”. You will discuss about all the images you would like to wear on your tees with pride. Then, our graphic designer will teach you how to transfer your concepts on carton. We have all necessary tools for making a stencil, according to your visual fantasies.

While taking the second step, of “executing”, we arm you with colored sprays, which will give life to your drawings on the available T-shirts.

At the end of this urban fashion show, you will surely get at least a new, amazing piece for your wardrobe and a great laugh!

MAKING OF

FILM WORKSHOP

3, 2, 1 and… ACTION! 

Just imagine: how would it be like to win an Academy Award? Whether you’re nominated for Best Motion Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actor/Actress, you will have to give your best for 5 explosive minutes of moviemaking! Yeah, that’s right: you and your team will be shooting a short meter movie, which might turn out to be the best thing you’ve done together!

You guys will have to choose the setting, the soundtrack, a director, a screenwriter and finally, put together all pieces at the final cut! Your short movies will be directed according to a special assignment. Meanwhile, we are happy to provide you with lights, cameras, editing tools, trainings for writing, shooting, acting and directing. All trainers are professional actors and directors.

WORKSHOP DEVELOPMENT

We start with brief classed for writing, shooting and directing. We continue with preparing the location settings, writing the script and setting the cameras. Then we start filming and finally we edit the movie. By the end of the day, we can all have a first look at your productions and finally, the Oscar goes to…

NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

About 55% of our communication belongs to non-verbal language. According to science “people who communicate efficiently in a non verbal manner, are more likely to relate easily with other people and often attain a better social status”.

 UNTOLD allows you to explore non-verbal communication, through exercises inspired from stage play and mimics. We intend to help you regain the eloquence you’ve lost between flat screens.

The Courage of “Being” is a self development workshop, that teaches you to pay attention to the ones around you, to listen and to cooperate. It also enhances your imagination, spontaneity and expressiveness. You will be surprised to discover that this workshop reveals an unlocked side of yours.

I’M SHY, BUT UNDER TREATMENT

WORKSHOP FOR INTROVERTS

”I’m shy but in treatment!” is first of all, an exercise of sincerity and courage. Through this workshop, participants come to discover they have enough inner resources to overcome almost any kind of fear. Those resources are just waiting to be discovered and cultivated.

You won’t be facing any physical challenges. There are only psychological ones, that stop you from revealing your true self at the office or in front of your family. We are here to change that. Our trainers are happy to offer various tools and to create certain situations, so you can play “the main parts” and pull one hell of an act!

This workshop has only one rule: during the time we spend together, nothing and no one, is ever WRONG. Through this amusing and relaxing workshop, we invite you to discover that you possess all necessary mechanisms and leverages to overcome your own emotional blocks.

Caution! The workshop is not only for introverts! It can prove very useful to extroverts as well, so they can find out what makes them different from others. And the other way around.

WE SPEAK vs. WE COMMUNICATE

COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

The program „We Speak vs. We Communicate” offers you the possibility to get through a series of skill games, implemented in professional acting classes, which will help you understand better how important communication really is. How much it matters to listen to your partner and avoid interrupting; how can you gain better control of your reactions and translate body language, while restraining yourself from jumping into the wrong conclusions. You will have the unique opportunity to see your colleagues in unexpected situations.

This workshop is highly recommended for all sales/ PR/ marketing employees, or for companies whose members don’t know each other well. The program can be adapted to the client’s objectives.
